20+ Years on the Water
Affordable Floating Docks, INC. has been Virginia Beach's most trusted EZ Dock dealer for over a decade — built on family, hard work, and a genuine love of the waterfront.
Affordable Floating Docks, INC.
Our Story
More than 20 years ago, Jon Dunn set out to bring the best floating dock systems to waterfront property owners across Virginia and North Carolina. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a family business — Jon has brought his son into the fold, and together they carry on the same commitment to quality and personal service that built the company's reputation.
As an authorized EZ Dock dealer for over two decades, we've sold hundreds of dock systems across Hampton Roads and beyond. We know these products inside and out, and we stand behind every sale we do.

The Affordable Floating Docks Difference
Why Customers Choose Us
EZ Dock — Simply Better
EZ Dock is more stable, stronger, and far more reliable in harsher water and storms than traditional dock systems. We chose to partner with EZ Dock because we believe in selling only what we'd put on our own waterfront.
Family Owned & Local
We're a small, family-run business based right here in Virginia Beach. When you call us, you talk to the people who will give you an estimate and their best advise for the docks you want.
A Decade of Expertise
More than 10 years as the region's top EZ Dock dealer means we've seen every waterfront challenge there is. We bring that experience to every project, big or small.
Virginia Beach & Beyond
We proudly serve Virginia Beach, Hampton Roads, and surrounding areas in Virginia and North Carolina. If you're on the water, we can get there.
